Job Overview
We are looking for a Solution Manager to take ownership of our Generative AI solutions from conception to deployment. The ideal candidate will have experience in product management and a deep understanding of customer needs, especially within enterprise environments. You will work closely with engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure our solutions meet market demands and provide substantial value to our customers. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our AI solutions, enabling clients to leverage advanced technologies for their business success.
Job Responsibilities
- Define Product Strategy: Develop and manage the strategy for Generative AI solutions, focusing on meeting customer needs and driving business value.
- Customer Needs Analysis: Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into product features and solutions.
- Solution Design and Validation: Work with engineering and UX teams to design, prototype, and validate solution features, ensuring they align with customer expectations.
- Go-to-Market Collaboration: Partner with marketing and sales teams to create messaging, sales materials, and training resources for successful solution launches.
- Product Roadmap Management: Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer impact, feasibility, and alignment with company goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to refine and improve existing solutions, ensuring they remain competitive in the market.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate product updates, gather input, and align cross-functional teams around the solution strategy and roadmap.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product management, solution management, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in enterprise environments.
- Ability to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements.
- Experience managing product roadmaps and prioritizing features based on impact and feasibility.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Generative AI or similar advanced technologies.
- Familiarity with AI service providers such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, or Anthropic.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive product decisions.
- Proven ability to manage solution launches in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment, with a proactive and adaptable approach.
Travel Expectations: Quarterly travel for in-person team meetings is required.
